Expelled from school for tearing a page

Hadia (my older daughter) was doing her Math homework and Amani (the younger one) as usual trying to get her attention stepped on her math book unintentionally tearing a page. Hadia, who is a stickler for rules, got so upset that she cried non stop for 3 hours. Even though I have repaired the page and tried to convince her that it was just an accident and her teachers will understand. But Hadia is adamant that she will be expelled from school for damaging a school book. Finally, I wrote an email to her teacher but I guess she is still not comfortable (talking in her sleep constantly) about it and will give me a hard time while going to school tomorrow. Lets see how she behaves when she comes back from school.

What a good girl, melodramatic too lol. That's sweet that's she's so worried though.

She still has puffy eyes because of all the crying she did yesterday...she is a real drama queen. :)

Your older daughter needs a place of her own such as desk or something so her younger sister wouldn't mess up the books again.

guess what: she has a desk of her own but she was practising her division on the chalk board when this incident happend. She had put the book on floor beside her maybe becasue she did not want to go to the desk again and again. This math book is too heavy and big to keep holding for too long. :)
